This light roast blend combines the most iconic origins of specialty coffee, and they are kept together from an up-and-coming Central American Coffee Origin: Ethiopia, Honduras and Brazil. The Ethiopian beans comes from the renowned Tega and Tula Mountain Farm in Ethiopia located in the Kaffa region. The Brazilian beans comes from the Dutra farm in São João do Manhuaçu in Minas Gerais, whilst the Honduran Coffee is produced and marketed via the COMSA Cooperative in Honduras. We recommend to enjoy this light roast in combination with milk or milk alternatives as a cappuccino.
